About me and my therapy practice
I’m a qualified Psychotherapist/Person Centred counsellor and member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (Â鶹Դ´).
I have experience in working with all aspects of mental health.
In addition, I have experience in bereavement counselling at a hospice and I have also volunteered at a postnatal depression charity for several years.
Practice description
If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or struggling with anxiety and self-worth, you're not alone. Life's challenges can be tough to navigate, but I’m here to offer a safe space where we can explore what's going on and work toward understanding yourself better. Whether you're dealing with overwhelming thoughts or looking to build a healthier sense of self, we can take this journey together. With compassion and support, we’ll find clarity and help you grow into a version of yourself that feels aligned and strong.
My first session
I offer a 15 minute exploratory call (free of charge) so we can discuss how we may work together.
If you book in a session, I will send over an information form, contract and confidentiality form to be completed before your first session.
