My first session
I offer a free 10-minute consultation via phone or video to help determine whether my services are the right therapeutic fit for you. If not, I am happy to provide referrals.
The first session marks the start of our journey toward growth and healing. During this session, I will ask about your reasons for seeking therapy and your goals. This helps us get to know each other and provides me with important insights.
Therapy sessions typically last 50 minutes and are scheduled weekly. Many clients notice progress within 6 to 8 sessions, though the duration of therapy varies based on individual needs.
You retain full control over your therapeutic journey, including decisions about the length of therapy and when to conclude session.
