About me and my therapy practice

I am a Â鶹ԭ´´-accredited psychotherapist offering person-centred therapy to adults and young people aged 11 and over. My approach is warm, compassionate, and tailored to your needs, providing a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace.

I specialise in working with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, loss, and life transitions, helping clients navigate challenges and develop greater self-awareness and resilience. Therapy with me is led by your needs and experiences—there is no pressure, just a supportive space where you can feel heard and understood.

I offer sessions online, via phone, and in person at my practice in Atherton, Greater Manchester. Whether you're new to therapy or have had previous experience, I will meet you where you are and help you move forward in a way that feels right for you.

Practice description

My practice is built on the principles of person-centred therapy, which means I work with you as an individual, recognising that you are the expert in your own life. My role is to provide a supportive and understanding environment where you can explore your emotions freely and without judgment.

Therapy is a collaborative process, and I aim to empower you by offering the space, time, and guidance to connect with your emotions, understand your struggles, and find clarity in your life. I do not offer advice or quick fixes, but I will support you in uncovering your own strengths and solutions.

Sessions can take place online, by phone, or in person, depending on what feels most comfortable for you. My in-person sessions are held in Atherton, Greater Manchester, in a welcoming and private setting. Therapy is available in English and Romanian.

My first session

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and for you to decide if therapy with me feels right. During this session, I will invite you to share what has brought you to therapy, any goals or concerns you may have, and what you hope to gain from our work together.

I do not conduct formal assessments, but I will take the time to understand your experiences and what support you need. This is a space where you can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with—there is no pressure to go into detail before you are ready.

The first session is charged at my standard rate, and sessions last 50 minutes. To secure your session(s), I ask for payment in advance.
