About me and my therapy practice

I am a Psychosynthesis counsellor, combining elements of the person-centred, psychoanalytic, existential and transpersonal approaches to therapy, among others. My focus is on developing the therapeutic relationship based on trust, empathic understanding, and exploring with the client their areas of interest. I integrate different therapeutic approaches and techniques in an intuitive way, as appropriate in a session. I aim to provide conditions for the clients to feel welcome, seen and heard in all they bring.
