About me and my therapy practice
I am an Integrative therapist and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (Â鶹Դ´). While I draw on a number of different therapeutic approaches including psychodynamic and person-centred theories, I focus on building a genuine and supportive therapeutic relationship with my clients.
I have a strong interest in Vedic wisdom and I am passionate about meditation and mindfulness as complementary practices to enhance the therapeutic process. I believe that therapy serves as a mirror—revealing aspects of ourselves we may not be able to see on our own. The most transformative insights often arise when we turn inward and courageously explore the parts of ourselves that have yet to be explored.
My ultimate mission is to support and empower you on your journey of healing, self-discovery, and transformation. I will offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can freely explore your thoughts and feelings. With empathy and understanding, I will stay attuned to your needs and support you as you uncover and connect with your true self.
