Practice description
I know that the first step towards seeking help and support takes courage. It is essential that you find the right fit with your chosen therapist. The most effective part of therapy is born from a trusting, respectful and non-judgmental client \ counsellor relationship.Counselling aims to provide you, the client, with a confidential opportunity to explore personal and relational issues in safety. As your counsellor, I will be honest, open and authentic. I will offer you an empathic, non-judgemental and highly confidential service. My approach is client-led, meaning we will only explore issues that you want to discuss, and I will not sway or coerce you. The time is yours, and I will listen without prejudice.
My approach is collaborative, which, by definition, will be bespoke as every client is unique. We will work together to reach an agreed agenda and goals with regular reviews. Together, we will gain insight into behaviour patterns and develop self-awareness and self-skills to navigate life's challenges.
My first session
I offer a free 20 - 30-minute introductory session online or by telephone to explore the possibility of working together. It will allow us both to get to know each other, and we can discuss any questions you may have.
