About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative psychotherapist working with people who have experienced trauma or struggle with attachment issues, suffer from anxiety or depression.
How do I work
Therapy is more than just talking.
Trauma can disrupt our sense of self, affecting our emotions, bodily responses, and ability to connect with others. In our work together, we will focus on integration—helping you understand your feelings, recognize emotional patterns, and explore how your body and movement reflect your experiences.
Therapy is also about relationships—the way you connect with others and, most importantly, how safe and supported you feel in those connections.
Our behaviours often adapt to life’s difficulties, and as circumstances evolve, so must we.
During our sessions, we will:
Identify the root causes of your symptoms and their impact on your life.
Recognize and label your emotions to help you express them effectively.
Understand how your body responds to various situations and how this influences your behaviour.
Connect with your personal needs and desires, and establish healthy boundaries.
My role is to help you identify these patterns, understand how they were created, recognize what triggers them, and discover new ways to embrace your authentic self.
Practice description
I am an integrative therapist, which means I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities and techniques to tailor each session to your unique needs. As a Gestalt therapist, I also incorporate body awareness and movement into my practice. This approach is particularly beneficial for those who have experienced trauma, as it helps integrate both mind and body in the healing process.
I offer both short-term and long-term therapy, providing sessions online and face-to-face in London to ensure flexibility and convenience for my clients.
Diversity and Inclusion
Inclusion is a core value of my practice. I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including the LGBTQIA+ community, transgender individuals, people from different cultures and religions, and those with neurodiversity. I strive to create a safe, open, and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your true self without fear or hesitation.
