About me and my therapy practice

I believe in the power of conversation and building a trusting relationship to unravel challenging experiences. My practice is informed by existentialism, psychoanalysis, humanism and phenomenology. I am used to dealing with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression and relationship difficulties. My postgraduate diploma is in Psychotherapy and Phenomenology through the Southern Association for Psychotherapy and Counselling.
