About me and my therapy practice
As an integrative counsellor, I bring a unique and holistic approach to therapy, combining various therapeutic techniques and theories to best meet the needs of my clients. My practice is grounded in the belief that no single therapeutic approach is sufficient to address the complexities of human behaviour and emotions. Instead, I draw from a diverse range of methodologies, including person-centred therapy, Gestalt therapy, Transactional Analysis, and cognitive-behavioural therapy.
My integrative approach allows me to be highly adaptable and responsive to the unique circumstances and challenges faced by my clients. By blending different therapeutic models, I can address a wide array of issues, from anxiety and depression to relationship problems and personal growth. This versatility is one of my greatest strengths, as it enables me to provide comprehensive and effective support to a diverse clientele.
In my practice, I emphasize the importance of the therapeutic relationship. I understand that a strong, trusting connection between counsellor and client is crucial for successful therapy. Practice description
I offer face-to-face, online, and walk and talk sessions. My aim is to facilitate clients' needs in a safe, empathetic environment.
My first session
I offer a free 30 minute telephone or Zoom call. During this time we can discuss what you want from counselling and if you feel I would be the right person to help you through your therapeutic process.
