About me and my therapy practice
I am a Â鶹Դ´-registered counsellor with experience supporting individuals, couples, and groups across diverse settings, including GP practices, private clinics, addiction services, and forensic environments. Alongside my clinical work, I am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology at a London university.
I offer both short- and long-term therapy online via Zoom or Google Meet, as well as in-person sessions in West London.
Practice description
I have an integrative and collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring our sessions to meet your unique needs. I believe you are the expert of your own experience, therefore I work alongside you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
Drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities, including psychodynamic and humanistic approaches, I create a flexible and dynamic space where we can explore how past experiences may shape your present, as well as how greater self-awareness and self-acceptance can support positive change. My approach is relational, compassionate, and non-judgmental, ensuring that therapy moves at a pace that feels right for you.
I have worked across various settings, supporting clients through a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, addiction and relationship difficulties. Whether you are looking to process past experiences, navigate a difficult life transition, or set meaningful goals for the future, I am here to support you in a way that feels collaborative, reflective, and empowering.
My first session
I offer a free 15-minute introductory call, for you to ask any questions about my practice.
If you choose to proceed, we will schedule your first online session via Zoom or Google Meet at a time that suits you.
In our initial session, we will explore your concerns, aims for counselling, and how we can work together best.
Please contact me for details on availability and fees.
I also offer low-cost counselling for those who may need financial support—feel free to enquire if this applies to you.
