About me and my therapy practice

Naomi Brown is a dedicated integrative counselling service offering a holistic and client-centred approach to therapy. With experience in mental health, education, and social care, Naomi specialises in supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, pregnancy-related mental health challenges, and life transitions.

Using a integrative approach comprising of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Person-Centred Therapy, Naomi tailors each session to meet the unique needs of her clients. She is particularly experienced in:

✔ Perinatal Mental Health – Supporting individuals struggling with pregnancy sickness and hyperemesis gravidarum.

✔ Trauma and Emotional Well-being – Helping clients process past experiences and develop resilience.

✔ Advocacy & Mentoring – Empowering clients to navigate challenges in education, career, and personal development.

I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental environment where you can feel heard and understood. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, stress, relationships, self-esteem, or other personal challenges, I am here to support you in gaining clarity, confidence, and resilience.

My first session

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. We will explore your goals, concerns, and what you hope to achieve. This session also allows you to ask any questions and determine if my approach is the right fit for you.

I may ask some initial questions to better understand your background, experiences, and any specific challenges you are facing. There is no pressure to share more than you feel comfortable with. If needed, I may also introduce an assessment to help guide our work together.

Initial sessions are free of charge and are an opportunity to find out if we are a good fit for one another. All information shared remains confidential. If you have any questions or would like to book, please feel free to reach out.
