About me and my therapy practice

I am interested in my clients’ stories and believe that, despite life’s challenges, every one of us has the potential to grow, love, connect, find and feel purpose.

I offer both short-term, solution-focused and long-term, in-depth therapy - whether you’re seeking support for a specific issue or exploring deeper patterns in your life at your own pace.

The decision about what to bring to our sessions is entirely yours. Therapy is a journey we will undertake together, leading into your inner world of thoughts and experiences. During this journey, we can reflect on what made you the person you are and look towards the person you would like to be.

As an integrative psychosynthesis therapist, my counselling approach is depth-oriented and holistic. My practice focuses on bringing together all aspects of who you are - psychologically, physically and spiritually - supporting you in moving towards a more authentic and meaningful life experience.

In addition to psychosynthesis, my practice integrates neurobiologically informed and IFS perspectives, as well as tailored techniques like mindfulness, Gestalt practices, breath & somatic work, and creative methods, such as drawing and imagery, where appropriate.

My own journey has connected me with people from many walks of life. With my history in London's financial hub, I bring a unique understanding to my practice. As a therapist with a strong legal and compliance background in the financial services sector, I have seen first-hand the impact of stress and burnout; my expertise extends beyond high pressure environments, covering a range of issues.

Practice description

I work with clients compassionately and professionally. My approach is rooted in warmth, acceptance and curiosity. 

Together we can explore your inner world and perspectives, considering the influence of your background, upbringing, personal development and relationships. In order to move towards meaningful change - aligned with your own values and rooted in what matters to you - we can look for patterns that may be holding you back and may be inhibiting you from recognising your inner strength, wisdom and distinct qualities.

My priority is to create a supportive, reflective and empathetic environment where you feel heard and understood; a space that fosters greater self-awareness, self-acceptance and personal growth.

My first session

I offer a free 30-minute online call to explore what has brought you to therapy and discuss your hopes, expectations and concerns. It’s also a chance for you to ask any questions.

If we decide to work together, we can schedule 50-minute weekly sessions.
