I’m an experienced integrative therapist (meaning I use a range of counselling therapies) to ensure the best approach for you. I offer online and telephone counselling. Over the years, I’ve helped many of my clients manage anxiety and have created a space for them to build confidence and self-esteem.
I also work with clients who are seeking to challenge negative thinking, equipping them with the tools to develop positive mindsets and goals. Many of my clients often come to me feeling lost and at a cross roads in their life; I can help guide them on their journey as they find positive steps to understand more about themselves and lead a fuller life. I also work with clients guiding them through bereavement and loss.

My aim as your counsellor is to create a space for you to be heard. I believe that everyone has the potential to create positive change in their lives, and I am here to support you on your journey towards personal growth and transformation.
Life is challenging and can be stressful. I am here to help navigate through these difficult times, equipping you with the tools and space for you to feel more aware of your needs and take positive steps forward.
I adopt an integrative approach (using a range of counselling therapies) to best suit your needs. My approach puts you at the heart of the counselling process. I provide a safe space for you talk openly and freely without judgement. We will explore what brings you to counselling and the goals you would like to reach with these sessions.
Practice description
Sessions will run for 50 minutes. The question of how many sessions you will need varies from client to client and your goals. We will regularly check in within the sessions to gather your thoughts on this and how you are feeling the sessions are going and the progress you are making.
I work with a personal approach in mind. Everyone's challenges are different and unique to that individual. I will ensure I work to address your needs in a way that works for you and at your pace. My sessions provide a space and place for you to talk about any of the areas of your life you'd like to address.
Reaching out can feel scary and make you feel vulnerable: my role is to ensure you feel safe whilst working on the issues you are currently facing. We will work together to form positive steps for you to take in your life to feel in control and yourself again.
I have a very calm approach to my counselling. I will listen and you will be heard. This is a space and time for you.
