Life can feel overwhelming at times—whether it’s the relentless pressure of a high-stakes career, grappling with loss, or struggling to fully accept yourself. Everyone faces moments of uncertainty, anxiety, and challenge. Whatever you're going through, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
I’m a trained counsellor with extensive experience, particularly in the financial services sector, where stress and burnout are all too familiar. However, my practice is not just for those working in high-pressure careers. I also provide support for anyone dealing with trauma, bereavement, loss, anxiety, belonging, phobias, and other wellbeing challenges, including the journey to accepting and celebrating your sexuality/gender identity.
My identity as a Black gay man deeply informs my work as a therapist. I bring not only professional training but also personal insight into the challenges of navigating spaces that may not always affirm your full self. I understand the emotional weight of seeking belonging and the courage it takes to move toward self-acceptance. This lived experience allows me to hold a compassionate, affirming space for others on their own journeys.

My first session
I offer a free 15 minute initial consultation so that we can explore your key areas of focus and to allow both of us to get a feel for what it might be like to work together.
