About me and my therapy practice
I am Victoria Penfold, a qualified psychosynthesis therapist and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (Â鶹Դ´). My approach is warm, client-centred, and holistic, offering a compassionate space to explore thoughts, emotions, and personal experiences without judgment. In addition to therapy, I integrate my expertise as a nutritionist, personal trainer, massage therapist, yoga teacher, and life coach to support overall wellbeing. I work with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, disordered eating, and low self-esteem. By addressing the mind-body connection, I empower clients to heal deeply and reconnect with their authentic selves, fostering long-term growth and transformation. Sessions are available online and in-person (Borehamwood/London).
Practice description
My practice integrates psychosynthesis therapy with holistic wellbeing approaches to support personal growth and healing. I tailor each session to meet individual needs, drawing from nutrition, movement, mindfulness, and therapeutic personal training to help process emotions and release trauma. My ABC123 nutrition model provides a structured yet flexible framework for achieving a balanced diet, enhancing mental and physical health. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, stress, or relationship challenges, my approach nurtures the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. With a compassionate and empowering space, I support clients in gaining clarity, confidence, and emotional resilience, helping them step into a more fulfilling and aligned life.
My first session
An initial Zoom consultation is an opportunity to explore whether my approach aligns with your needs and goals. This 30-minute session allows us to discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, your expectations, and any concerns you may have. It’s a space to ask questions and understand how we might work together. If we decide its a good therapeutic fit and agree to proceed, we will begin with a 12-week contract, providing a structured framework for your therapeutic journey. This period allows us to establish trust, develop insights, and work towards meaningful progress in a safe and supportive environment.
