About me and my therapy practice

I am trained in integrative counselling and have a Level 4 diploma.

I am currently training to do a Relationship Level 5 diploma. While in training, I can offer this service at a reduced cost.

I have vast experience working with mental health in an NHS setting and with survivors of sexual assault.

I am currently working with Carers to help alleviate some of the daily concerns and worries this brings up in the family.

I offer you a safe and non-judgmental space where you can speak freely. I will listen while you talk through what鈥檚 worrying you, and together, we can look at solutions. Through talking, you can discover so much about yourself, which may lead you to make positive changes in your life.
