About me and my therapy practice
I’m a fully qualified integrative counsellor offering online therapy across Northern Ireland, the UK, and Ireland, with a limited number of face-to-face appointments in Belfast (£55 per session). My approach is tailored to each person I work with, drawing from Person-Centred, CBT, Psychodynamic, IFS, and Somatic therapy to create a space that suits your needs.
Life can feel overwhelming at times, and it’s not always easy to talk about what’s really going on. You might be struggling with anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. In our sessions, we’ll explore what’s happening for you at your own pace, without pressure or judgment. My aim is to help you make sense of your thoughts and emotions, gain clarity, and develop practical ways to move forward.
I offer a confidential, compassionate space where you can be heard and understood. Whether you're facing life changes, relationship struggles, or simply need a place to process your emotions, I’m here to support you. My work is informed by my Christian faith, but I welcome people from all backgrounds and beliefs.
Sessions are available online, making therapy accessible no matter where you are. I also offer a small number of face-to-face appointments in Belfast (£55 per session). If you’d like to find out more, I offer a free 15-minute consultation call to see if we’d be a good fit.
Practice description
In my practice, I offer a safe, confidential, and compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and challenges. As a fully qualified integrative counsellor, I tailor my approach to suit each individual’s unique needs.
During our sessions, you can expect a pace that respects your comfort, ensuring we address the deeper emotional aspects that may be affecting you while also providing practical strategies for managing life’s challenges.
I believe the relationship between us is key to the process, and I’ll always do my best to ensure you feel heard, respected, and supported. Therapy is about finding what works best for you, and I’m here to help guide you in a way that feels right for you.
My first session
In our first session, I want to create a space where you feel at ease. It’s a chance for us to get to know each other, talk about what’s brought you to therapy, and see if working together feels like a good fit. You’re welcome to ask any questions about how I work, and we’ll explore what you’re hoping to get from counselling.
We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable, giving you the space to talk and reflect. I’ll listen to what’s been going on for you, and we’ll start to build a picture of what support might be helpful. If we decide to continue, we can chat about what ongoing sessions could look like.
The first session lasts 50 minutes and is charged at my standard rate of £50. We’ll also talk a little about your background and any challenges you’re facing, but there’s no pressure to share more than you feel comfortable with.
