I have a PhD in Psychology and am a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist with a focus on creating a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I work collaboratively with clients to help them understand underlying emotional patterns and unconscious processes that may be influencing their current experiences.
With over a decade of experience in the field of psychotherapy, I use an integrative approach that combines psychodynamic theory with evidence-based practices to tailor sessions to the unique needs of each individual. In our work together, I aim to build a strong therapeutic relationship where clients feel heard, understood, and supported in exploring their challenges and making meaningful changes.
I offer both online and in-person sessions. Initially, sessions are held online, which allows flexibility and comfort for clients. If clients wish to continue therapy, we can transition to in-person sessions, if preferred, to facilitate a more grounded connection.

Throughout therapy, I prioritize building self-awareness, emotional regulation, and healthier coping mechanisms. My first session
Before the first session, I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation. This gives us an opportunity to briefly discuss your needs and concerns, and for you to ask any questions about the therapy process. It also allows us to determine if we are a good fit for working together. After this, we can schedule a full session either online or in-person, depending on your preference.
