My approach is rooted in humanistic, person-centred therapy, which means I offer a safe space where your unique experiences, feelings, and perspective are at the heart of our work together.

I’m here to walk alongside you, offering warmth and empathy as you build self-trust and deepen your understanding of the challenges that brought you here.

My first session

I understand that reaching out for support isn't always easy. That's why I offer a free 30-minute consultation call to meet, discuss what brings you to therapy, and see if we might work well together. There's no obligation or pressure—just an opportunity to ask questions and get a feel for my approach.

Our first therapy session is about getting to know each other. We will review the counselling contract together and I'll ask about what brings you to therapy and what you're hoping to gain. We'll talk about your current situation and a bit about your background. It's also a chance for you to ask questions and get a feel for how I work. There's no pressure to share more than feels comfortable – therapy is a process, and we'll take things at your pace.
