Availability

I am currently accepting new clients. Sessions are offered virtually, making it easy to connect from anywhere. My working hours are Monday to Saturday, from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Planned Time Off
I’ll be taking a break for three weeks in October 2025 and won’t be available during that time. For ongoing clients, we’ll plan ahead to ensure continuity and support.

About me and my therapy practice

As a therapist, my goal is to make therapy feel less intimidating and more like a journey of self-discovery. I believe a safe, supportive space is essential for feeling heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change.

With my background as a trained yoga teacher, I often incorporate breathwork and somatic practices alongside talk therapy when helpful—always tailoring sessions to suit your needs.

Therapy works best when it feels natural and authentic. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or seeking clarity, I’m here to walk alongside you as you move toward growth and well-being.

Practice description

While I support clients through a range of life experiences, I have particular experience with anxiety, grief—including the loss of a pet—and couples working through relationship challenges.

I also understand that our cultural backgrounds shape how we experience emotions, handle stress, and form relationships. I bring this awareness into my work, aiming to make therapy feel relevant, respectful, and attuned to your unique background. 

My first session

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. I’ll guide you through a relaxed assessment to learn more about your background, current concerns, and goals. This helps me tailor our work to your needs from the start.

It’s also an opportunity for you to get a feel for how I work and whether it feels like a good fit. While I don’t offer a reduced rate for this session, I’m happy to answer any questions via email beforehand to help you feel more at ease.
