About me and my therapy practice
I offer weekly or by-weekly sessions to individuals, friendship pairs and couples.
I work as an integrative psychotherapist with a wide range of issues and goals, including psychological coping mechanisms, self-identity relationships, men and women's health.
I had a full five years intensive training in psychotherapy. My background is in Psychology (MA), Phylology, teaching and research.
Individual Therapy
While diligently focusing on identifying and addressing specific objectives and goals, the process will be aimed to strengthen your overall wellbeing, resilience and adaptability.
in addition, I share the idea of Metabolic Psychiatry, as a potentially very effective way to address mental health issues, and with having a relevant training can inform about it and provide with relevant support if you would wish so.
Friends therapy
I help not only my individual clients with social connections and friendship issues, but also I offer therapy to friend pairs who might have a various degree of frustration within their friendship and they feel they might gain from having a shared therapy and professional guidance to improve their connection, to reconnect or reconcile, or to have a healing closure.
Couples Therapy
I help partners improve their relationship by understanding patterns of communication and emotional responses. In a safe space both partners are invited to express their concerns, feelings and needs. Together, we explore unhelpful styles of communication and work on enhancing emotional intimacy. My role is to facilitate constructive dialogue, guiding the couple toward a balanced and fulfilling relationship.
Fees:
Weekly sessions £75 (concessions in relevant cases);
Couples and other pairs £95.
