About me and my therapy practice
I am a fully qualified, integrative supervisor, providing supervision to counsellors, psychotherapists, mental health professionals and student counsellors. My professional supervision qualification is endorsed by Training Qualification UK (TQUK).
Practice description
My core theoretical training is Integrative, however, further extensive training and experience enables me to also supervise those who work with different theoretical models, such as Person Centred, CBT, Psychodynamic, Existential, Gestalt and Psychosynthesis.
Supervision should be a working alliance between the supervisor and supervisee where the supervisee can give an account of their work, reflect on it, receive feedback, and receive guidance if appropriate. The object of this working alliance is to enable the supervisee to feel supported, gain in ethical competency, confidence and creativity so as to ensure safe practice with clients.
Supervision can often involve paying particular attention to what is happening consciously or unconsciously in the relationship between the supervisee and their client.
Supervisees will be expected to be members of a professionally recognised body (e.g Â鶹Դ´, NCPS…) and hold professional insurance.
Fees are currently £55 per 50 minute online supervision session.
I can sometimes offer concessionary fees to counsellors in training.
Clients I work with
Adults, Organisations, Trainees
