My Approach
I specialise in person-centred therapy, a modality that honours your unique lived experience without reducing you to a diagnosis or symptom. Together, we鈥檒l explore your emotions, thoughts, and challenges in a way that empowers you to reconnect with your inner strengths and values. I do not see you as a problem to be 鈥渇ixed鈥 but as a whole person deserving of compassion, curiosity, and collaboration.

Practice description
What to Expect
I only take up to 10 clients at a time鈥 so slots are limited in order for me to provide a comprehensive focussed experience for you. I do not open my practice in August. I only work on line. Zoom, teams, google meet etc.
Our 50 min sessions will be shaped by your needs and pace, grounded in the core conditions of empathy, congruence, and unconditional positive regard. Whether you鈥檙e navigating life transitions, relational difficulties, or a search for deeper meaning, I aim to walk alongside you with empathy and authenticity. Transpersonal elements may gently weave into our work, inviting exploration of spirituality, identity, or existential questions鈥攁lways at your pace.
