About me and my therapy practice

I qualified as a counselling supervisor with a Diploma in Supervision in 2019, and have experience of supervising qualified and trainee counsellors.

I use the Seven-eyed Model of Supervision (Hawkins and Shohet), enabling an all-encompassing exploration of client sessions and the processes that occur in counselling and supervision. As counsellors I believe we are all continually learning and developing, and I understand the importance of feeling safe and respected in supervision sessions. I believe a supervisor should support a supervisee to develop their own way of working with clients and their issues.

I work in accordance with Â鶹ԭ´´ ethics and guidelines.

I bring knowledge and experience from working as a counsellor since I qualified in 2010. I have provided counselling in a variety of settings including the NHS, mental health charities and employee assistance programmes (EAP).
