Utica has introduced its new Cybersurance endorsement, affording protection to businesses with 25 employees or fewer, on commercial package policies (CPP) and business owners policies (BOP). The endorsement is also available for independent insurance agents themselves through Utica’s Agents’ errors & omissions insurance program.
Utica National has partnered with , a consultative provider of identity and data risk management, resolution and education services, to provide businesses with data breach services which includes services before, during and after a breach. Services include incident response planning, breach severity assessment, assistance with notifications and meeting federal and state regulatory requirements, protecting affected customers and employees, and more.
