My approach is rooted in person-centred practice, ensuring that every session is tailored to your unique needs, experiences, and personal growth. I do integrate other modalities within my work should it suit your needs.

I have always been interested in people and I am passionate about helping clients become more aware of their past or present situation, and then working towards meaningful change. Finding the most genuine version of yourself, not striving to fashion 鈥�

I work in a online or over the phone in person-centred way, which means 鈥婭 do not see emotional distress as a medical issue, though you may be considering working with me to complement prescribed treatment. I believe our personal response to trauma i鈥�
