WHAT WE ARE SEEKING
We have assignments available to help our insurance carrier clients in Collections Specialist positions. Responsibilities include:
- Provide responsive and timely service to agents / brokers.
- Conduct account analysis to determine outstanding balances and delinquent accounts.
- Build strong relationships with agency partners through consistent communications both verbally and in written form.
- Responsible for collecting payments on overdue accounts and for the timely resolution of billing issues.
- Assist customers with payment plans related to audits and special circumstances.
- Familiarity with payment processing software is a plus.
TO BECOME A WORK-AT-HOME VINTAGE EXPERT, WE REQUIRE
- 25 years of full-time work experience
- 10 most recent years of insurance carrier experience
