Job Description
The Agency Marketing Consultant I deliver quote volume and profitable market share growth in the Allstate Agency Channel. This individual may have responsibility in the following areas: Implementation of marketing strategies and plans to support new agency model priorities, management of key marketing programs and collaboration with field partners.
Key Responsibilities
• Entry level consultant professional to incorporate functional expertise in marketing strategy to build and manage marketing programs to advise and influence development of marketing plans to generate profitable market share growth
• Effectively apply segmentation and targeting, utilize quantitative and qualitative measurement analysis to optimize efficiency and drive desired results
• Actively participate in continuous improvement and agile strategies to identify gaps and recommend innovative solutions / systems to support strategic business unit objectives
• Contribute to adoption and utilization of provided CRM system to support marketing measurement
• Strict adherence to effectively managing budget
• Accountability for achieving established metrics and reporting on overall program results to include agency investment and engagement in marketing programs, improved quote volume, premium growth, and profitable market share growth
• Support the implementation of execution plans for marketing programs to achieve engagement benchmarks
• Communication and delivery of education content supporting the achievement of desired results and improves marketing program performance
• Continuous personal development and skill building
Education
• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
• 2 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities
• This job does not have supervisory duties
Education & Experience (in lieu)
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Additional Information
Minimal travel will be required

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $50,400.00 - 88,987.50 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
