Job Description
The purpose of this position is supporting commission payments through analysis and troubleshooting of escalated and complex commission issues, maintaining and supporting commission processing, and performing functions and overseeing projects to ensure proper commission disbursement and reporting. This position also supports commission processing through coding, testing, and maintenance of the agent commission system, database creation and maintenance, automation software scripting and maintenance, and creating ad-hoc commission reports. The position also distributes work to others on the commission team.
Key Responsibilities
• Projects/Testing/Special Projects: Project testing, regression testing, new product testing, product revisions
• System Coding/Testing: Coding and testing of commission system (includes: creation of design documents, coding rules and rates, unit testing, migration to system test and production environments, and supporting system testing), database creation and maintenance
• Quality Verification (QV)/Training: QV commission reports for data integrity; monthly QV of Commission Representative processing; monthly inquiry QV; oversight of department training, identifying training/coaching opportunities; coach Commission Representatives through written feedback and one on one coaching; run QV audit reports and provide recommendations on findings; create/update/maintain departmental policy and procedure documentation
• Problem Escalation/Customer Service: Defect analysis and system resolution, Commission representative escalated inquiries (ACD call/email/letter), error reprocessing, establishing preventative controls or processes, problem analysis and resolution. Provides technical interpretation and advice of system operations
• Workflow administration: Monitors workflow and distributes work to members of the commission tea
• Compliance: Oversight of internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley reporting for the commission team.
Education
• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
• 2 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities
• This job does not have supervisory duties.
Education & Experience (in lieu)
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $40,000.00 - 66,227.50 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
