Job Description
The Counsel Support Associate II provides administrative support for Client Legal Services attorneys in an office under general attorney supervision. The role enters and manages data including pleadings, motions and trial, arbitration, and mediation letters. This individual is also responsible for managing calendars and files related to events and details in the case management systems, confirming related events and activities, and monitoring and routing internal/external client inquiries, mail, faxes, etc.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and maintain compliance with Team Connect (Litigation Management System)
• Manage calendars and files related to events and details in the case management systems
• Enter and manage data, including pleadings, motions and trial, arbitration and mediation letters
• Makes basic decisions within established procedures under supervision
• Ability to train others on immediate work group functions
• Handle confidential information
• Handle calls and inquiries in an accurate and timely manner
• A primary responsibility of this role will be mail handling
• This position is HYBRID- it is required for this individual to come into the Nashville office 3-4 days per week to handle and manage the mail (remote work will be 1-2 days per week)
Education
• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
Experience
• 0-2 years experience (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities
• This job does not have supervisory duties.
Education & Experience (in lieu)
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $18.03 - 29.39 per hour and is based on experience and qualifications.
