Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $114,000-$132,000 USD per year.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.

- Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement comprehensive integrated marketing plans and campaigns to promote products and services across Health, Wealth & Career.
- Collaborate with the business teams to understand product features, target audience, and competitive landscape.
- Coordinate marketing activities across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, content marketing, events, broadcast and traditional media, to create a cohesive and impactful brand experience.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, public relations, creative, brand, digital, and sales, to develop campaign concepts, messaging, and creative assets that resonate with the target audience.
- Create engaging content for marketing materials, including website content, research reports/market updates, brochures, podcasts, and social media posts.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising, to reach target audiences and drive conversions.
- Plan and execute events, such as conferences, seminars, webinars, and networking events, to connect with prospects, nurture leads, and facilitate business development opportunities.
- Utilize marketing automation and CRM systems to set up processes for key stakeholders to be able to track leads, manage pipelines, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns in driving business results.
- Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to track campaign effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to execute marketing initiatives on time and within budget.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers, to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, website traffic, and ROI, to optimize campaigns and maximize results. Provide regular updates and reports on campaign progress, performance, and ROI to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovative marketing techniques in B2B marketing to continuously improve and evolve our marketing strategies.
The Requirements
- A successful candidate will have the following qualities.
- 8+ years of relevant marketing experience is essential, ideally gained within a professional/financial service or a B2B environment
- Outstanding written and verbal English language skills
- Proven tactical experience in marketing campaigns and communications across a broad spectrum of offline and online media
- Strong project management and prioritization skills with a proven ability to lead a high volume of marketing initiatives in parallel, with diverse and geographically dispersed teams
- Experience of creating commercially driven campaigns and tracking and measuring success through CRM (Dynamics desirable but not essential)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and demonstrated success at building relationships and credibility with senior leaders
- Credibility to work with, and to influence, colleagues at all levels within the company
- Experience of working across multiple geographies and/or globally.
- Demonstrated ability to learn about complex business issues and priorities and translate them into marketing execution
- Strong team player with good people skills and a proven track record of providing support to other team members and building collaborative relationships
- Strong ability to navigate a large, complex organization and to ask questions as needed
- Ability to use own initiative and work unsupervised, whilst recognizing when to escalate issues or ask for help when required
- A keen interest in new media and technologies. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Marketo, ON24, Hootsuite is not essential but is desirable.
